Correspondence to Alma Mahler, ca. 1908-1909.

Keussler was among the young composers who, in the summer of 1908, assisted Gustav Mahler in corrections and preparations for the premiere performance of his seventh symphony in Prague in September 1908, as Alma Mahler records in her memoir (Gustav Mahler. Erinnerungen und Briefe). Keussler's letters to Alma make reference both to Gustav Mahler's works and to his own compositions, which he apparently shared with Alma.
